Pre-stretched screen printing frame (110 mesh)

Aluminum frame with mesh already stretched to proper tension. The printing surface that holds your stencil—pre-stretched versions eliminate the hardest DIY step and ensure even ink coverage.

What to look for

  1. 1110 mesh count for general poster printing (lower for thick ink, higher for fine detail)
  2. 2Aluminum frame with welded corners (not wood that warps)
  3. 3At least 20x24 inch inside dimensions for standard posters
  4. 4Mesh tension of 15-20 Newtons for consistent prints

Skip

  • Unstretched frames unless you have experience tensioning mesh
  • Wood frames for repeated use (absorb water and warp)

Used for: Screen printing band posters · Making multi-color prints · Creating repeatable stencil designs · Printing on paper or fabric
