Cyanotype sensitizer kit
Two-part chemical solution that makes fabric or paper light-sensitive for sun printing. You coat the surface, arrange objects on top, expose to sunlight, and rinse to reveal white silhouettes against Prussian blue—photographic printing without a darkroom.
What to look for
- 1Two-part formula (keeps longer than pre-mixed)
- 2Enough solution to coat at least 15–20 letter-sized prints
- 3Works on fabric and paper so you can try different surfaces
- 4Instructions for mixing ratios and exposure times
Skip
- Pre-sensitized paper only—mixing your own is more versatile and economical
- Kits without clear storage instructions for mixed solution
