Acrylic desk nameplate stand

Clear plastic holders that prop paper signs upright on tables—usually L-shaped or tent-style. They make temporary labels look intentional and keep cards visible without tape or holders that blow away.

What to look for

  1. 1Holds standard paper sizes (at least 4×6 inch, ideally up to 8.5×11)
  2. 2Thick enough acrylic that it doesn't tip over easily (2mm minimum)
  3. 3Open top slot or fold-over design for quick card swapping between events
  4. 4Set of 6–10+ if labeling multiple stations (buying singles gets expensive fast)

Skip

  • Sealed frames that require screwdriver disassembly to change the paper
  • Magnetic or adhesive-mount versions unless you specifically need wall mounting

Used for: labeling skill-swap teaching stations with instructor names · displaying recipe cards at potluck exchanges · marking activity zones at workshops or group events · creating reusable signage for recurring meetups
